Your day, step by step
- Hotel pick-up. We pick you up at your hotel in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Tulum between 6:00 and 8:00 AM depending on location. Comfortable air-conditioned transport to the Jaguar Park.
- Arrival at Jaguar Park. Welcome at the entrance of the Jaguar Protected Area, one of Mexico’s most recent ANPs, administered by CONANP.
- Tulum Archaeological Zone. 1-hour guided tour of the Mayan ruins. Your guide explains the history of the walled site, the Temple of the Descending God, the Castle and the House of Columns, all facing the turquoise Caribbean.
- Tulum Museum and viewpoints. Visit the recently opened museum inside the park with local archaeological pieces. Then tour the 4 natural viewpoints for panoramic Caribbean photos.
- Zempay Cenote. 1 hour to swim at Zempay cenote, inside the park. Crystal-clear waters surrounded by jungle, ideal to cool off after the tour.
- Lunch and beaches. Enjoy buffet lunch at a park restaurant with Mexican and international cuisine. Free time at the park’s pristine beaches.
- Return. We return to your hotel at the end of the day, arriving between 5:00 and 7:00 PM depending on departure point.

- The Jaguar Park is a federal Protected Natural Area with the character of Flora and Fauna Protection Area, declared on August 10, 2022 with 2,249 hectares. It is ANP number 185 of Mexico
- The park protects jungle, mangrove, Caribbean coast and the Tulum archaeological zone, habitat of the jaguar and endemic species
- Price does not include VAT; if you require a tax invoice, 16 percent is added
- No-show policy: 50 percent charge of the tour value
- The Zempay cenote is part of the park’s cenote system, connected to the underground aquifer of the Yucatan Peninsula
Restrictions and recommendations
- Tour suitable for the whole family; minors always accompanied by an adult
- Children ages 4 to 10 pay child rate
- Infants ages 0 to 3 board free with a paying adult
- Only biodegradable or reef-safe zinc-based sunscreen is allowed at the cenote, per park regulation
- Not recommended for people with very reduced mobility due to walking distances at the archaeological zone
