Your day, step by step

1. Departure point and ferry. Depending on your chosen point, we pick you up at your hotel or you meet at the pier. From Playa del Carmen, Cancun or Costa Mujeres you cross by ferry to Cozumel enjoying the Caribbean.
2. Board the catamaran. You are welcomed with a drink and the safety briefing. The catamaran sets sail toward the reef zone of the Cozumel Reefs National Park.
3. Snorkel at Palancar or Colombia. First guided snorkel stop at one of the world’s most famous reefs, with corals and tropical fish. The site is chosen based on the day’s sea conditions.
4. El Cielo and El Cielito. You swim over the starfish sanctuary in shallow crystal-clear water, then finish at the calm El Cielito sandbar, perfect for relaxing.
5. Arrival at KUZA Beach Park. You land at KUZA, with full access to the water park, ziplines, private beach and the buffet with national open bar.
6. Return. At the end of the afternoon you return to your departure point by ferry and transport as applicable.

• The reef is part of the Cozumel Reefs National Park, a protected area established on July 19, 1996 with 11,987 hectares, part of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System, the second largest in the world
• Price does not include VAT; if you require a tax invoice, 16 percent is added
• Minimum of 2 people to operate; the operator may consolidate groups to guarantee departure
• No-show policy: 50 percent charge of the tour value

Restrictions and recommendations

• Reef snorkeling requires a minimum age of 10; children ages 5 to 9 enjoy KUZA Beach Park but do not join reef snorkeling
• Infants ages 0 to 4 board free with a paying adult; they do not join snorkeling or receive buffet menu, but enjoy KUZA Park
• Tour not recommended for pregnant women, people with reduced mobility or chronic illnesses; the operator can take them directly to KUZA Park while companions snorkel
• Only biodegradable or reef-safe zinc-based sunscreen is allowed; sunscreens with oxybenzone or octinoxate are banned by CONANP to protect the corals
