Your day, step by step

  1. Hotel pick-up. We pick you up at your hotel in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Tulum between 6:00 and 8:00 AM depending on location. Comfortable air-conditioned transport to Casa Tortuga cenote park.
  2. Arrival at Casa Tortuga. Welcome at Casa Tortuga park, located on the outskirts of Tulum. Welcome briefing and life vest distribution.
  3. Tour of the 4 cenotes. Local guide takes you through the park’s 4 cenotes: 2 open-air where you swim under the sky surrounded by jungle, and 2 underground caverns illuminated with millenary stalactites. Approximately 2:30 hours of free time.
  4. Buffet lunch. Enjoy buffet lunch with Mexican and international cuisine at a restaurant near the park.
  5. Madre Naturaleza sculpture. Visit the Ven a la Luz sculpture, also known as Madre Naturaleza, located at Hotel Ahau Tulum. It is Tulum’s most photographed work, created by artist Paulo Strato.
  6. Playa del Carmen 5th Avenue. 1 hour free at Playa del Carmen’s 5th Avenue to walk, shop for crafts or have coffee. (If you stay in Playa del Carmen or Tulum, this stop may not apply; your guide will inform you.)
  7. Return. We return to your hotel at the end of the day, arriving between 5:00 and 7:00 PM depending on departure point.
