Your day, step by step

1. Hotel pick-up. We pick you up at your hotel door in the morning. Comfortable air-conditioned land transport to Tulum.
2. Arrival at Casa Tortuga. Welcome at Casa Tortuga park, on the outskirts of Tulum, open every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
3. Tour of the 4 cenotes. Local guide takes you 2 hours through the park’s 4 cenotes: 2 open-air where you swim under the sun surrounded by jungle, and 2 underground caverns illuminated with millenary stalactites. Free time to swim at the cenotes.
4. Silver option only: Zipline. If you chose Silver option, take advantage of the park zipline to add adrenaline to the tour.
5. Silver option only: Tacos buffet. If you chose Silver option, tacos buffet (1 hour). Economy option does not include meal (you can bring your own or eat on your own on site).
6. Playa del Carmen 5th Avenue. 1 hour free at Playa del Carmen’s 5th Avenue to walk, shop for crafts or have coffee. (If you stay in Playa del Carmen, Playacar or Riviera Maya toward Tulum, this stop may not apply.)
7. Return. We return to your hotel at the end of the day.

• If your accommodation is in Playa del Carmen, Playacar or Riviera Maya toward Tulum, the 5th Avenue stop is not made
• Difference with ‘complete’ Casa Tortuga tour (C100-SUE-026): that one includes Tulum archaeological zone, this does NOT. Here the focus is only cenotes
• No-show policy: 50 percent charge of the tour value
