Your day, step by step
- Hotel pick-up. We pick you up at your hotel door in the morning. Comfortable air-conditioned transport to the Tulum area.
- Casa Tortuga Cenote. We arrive at Casa Tortuga park, where a specialized local guide takes you through the cenotes (2 open-air and 2 caverns). You have 2:30 hours of free time to swim and enjoy.
- Tulum Archaeological Zone. Admission to the Tulum Mayan ruins, with 2 hours of free time to explore the walled site facing the Caribbean on your own. Does NOT include federal guide.
- Tulum letters and Madre Naturaleza. We take you to photograph the iconic Tulum letters and the Madre Naturaleza sculpture, also known as Ven a la Luz.
- Buffet lunch. Enjoy buffet lunch with Mexican and international cuisine.
- Playa del Carmen 5th Avenue. 1 hour free at Playa del Carmen’s 5th Avenue to shop for crafts, walk or have coffee. (If you stay in Playa del Carmen, Playacar or the Riviera Maya toward Tulum, this stop may not apply.)
- Return. We return to your hotel at the end of the day.

Important notes
- Casa Tortuga is a cenote park located on the outskirts of Tulum, open every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Features 4 cenotes: 2 open-air and 2 underground caverns
- The cenotes are part of the largest underground aquifer in the world, located under the Yucatan Peninsula
- The Madre Naturaleza sculpture was created by Argentine artist Paulo Strato and is at Hotel Ahau Tulum
- If you stay in Playa del Carmen, Playacar or the Riviera Maya toward Tulum, the 5th Avenue is not visited; the client may choose to stay in PDC to return to the hotel on their own
- The tour may operate with extra days with a minimum of 8 passengers
- No-show policy: 50 percent charge of the tour value

- Children ages 4 to 10 pay child rate
- Infants ages 0 to 3 board free with a paying adult
- Tour includes 2 hours of free time at the archaeological zone without federal guide; you may hire a local guide on site if desired
- Only biodegradable or reef-safe sunscreen is allowed at the cenotes
- Not recommended for people with fear of enclosed spaces in the caverns
